Before you book.
- How are payments handled?
- Reservations are paid in full at booking via Stripe. A refundable damage deposit is pre-authorized separately and released within 7 days of departure.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- All reservations are non-refundable. We strongly recommend trip insurance for peace of mind.
- What is included in the price?
- The nightly rate, a 5% service fee, and 5.875% NY occupancy tax. Concierge add-ons (chef, transport, charters) are quoted separately.
- When will I receive arrival details?
- A welcome packet with gate codes, house manual, and your concierge's direct line is sent 7 days before arrival.
